Same Shirt, different time

Here are some pics of me wearing my most favorite maternity shirt (borrowed from my sister- thanks Chiara!).
One picture was taken 2 1/2 years ago the night before I had Ethan, and the other picture was taken yesterday- hopefully a night or two before I have Baby Girl!

Any guesses on which picture was Ethan and which one is Baby Girl . . .

I'll spill the beans- the one of the left was when I was pregnant with Ethan, and the one on the right is Baby Girl!

Hopefully we will meet her soon!

4th of July

Here are a few pictures from the 4th. Jarrod's parents were having a picnic at their house in Ada and invited us out. Jim wasn't able to come because he was at the Tigers game. Ethan had a great time loading up on sugar! They had a bounce house for the kids, cotton candy, and balloons! Ethan was a little shy and first, but warmed up quickly as the sugar set in!

It was pretty funny watching his reaction to spraying himself in the face :-)

Date Night

Jim and I had a night out on Friday- thanks to Grandpa and Oma! We went out to Grand Haven to watch the sun set- it was lovely. I had wanted to walk to the ice cream shop on the pier, and then to the end of the pier to watch the sun set- but my pregnant body disagreed with that plan! So, we just walked to the end of the pier and back. It was a great night :-)
