Ethan's trip Up North

A few weeks after Simon was born, Nonna and GiGi took Ethan and Bree Up North for a long weekend.  They stopped at that Hartwick Pines, Mackinaw Island, Whitefish Point, and Sault Ste Marie.  Ethan had a ton of fun!

On the boat to Mackinaw Island.  Nonna gave me a bunch of crap for not packing warm enough clothing for Ethan- so apparently he had to borrow some of Nonna's clothes.

They rented bikes and rode all the way around the island.  Nonna said that Ethan was so proud of the bike he got!

Ethan had a great time on his trip.  He brought back a bunch of brochures (he loves collecting free paperwork!) and rocks from his trip.  Thanks for taking him Nonna and GiGi!!

Simon- the past 5 weeks

I have a lot of catching up to do!  Here are some pictures of Simon over the past 5 weeks.  This first one was taken on June 15th- when he was only 5 days old!  The last one in this post was taken this past Sunday, July 21st.  It's hard to believe Simon is already 6 weeks old!

This last pictures was from this weekend- we took the kids to Kirk Park.  Ethan and Lucia had a great time playing in the sand and water.  Simon had an okay time (he was kind of fussy).  We'll try the beach again soon- hopefully Simon will enjoy it more!
