So, we have had these overgrown hedges b/w our house and the neighbors house forever! They were overgrown when Maria bought this house 1998. Dad and Maria are in town until Nicholas' wedding with nothing much to do (just kidding). I wondered aloud one day "how hard do you think it would be to take down the hedges?" I didn't think anyone was listening or would even take me seriously! I come home from work one day and this is what I see!
It's great now that they are down, the house has so much more light coming into it!

Holy Cow! Your side yard looks about 10' bigger! I am sure it is a vast improvement. Now, hopefully your new neighbor doesn't turn out to be too annoying!
